The Lavender Bar has a 24 hr cancellation policy.  Please note that a $50 invoice will be charged to your account for all missed appointments or same day cancellations.  If the appointment can be filled with another, such as client on our wait list we will gladly waive the fee.  Thank you for your understanding and consideration. 
We also have a zero cash refund on products.  We will exchange under certain circumstances or issue a credit.   Any exchanges have to be made within 7 days of purchase and not opened.
